Return and Refund Policy

At M.M. Enterprise, we are committed to delivering the highest quality fish products to our customers. All of our products undergo strict quality checks and control before being dispatched. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon delivery, we have a straightforward return and refund process.

How to Check the Quality of Your Product

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the fish immediately to ensure it meets your expectations. A few key indicators of freshness include:

  • Smell: Fresh fish should have a mild ocean smell. If the fish smells sour or spoiled, it should not be consumed.
  • Appearance: Check for a shiny, bright color. Dull or discolored fish may indicate spoilage.
  • Texture: Fresh fish should feel firm. If it feels slimy or overly soft, it could be a sign of spoilage.

If any of these signs are present upon delivery, we urge you to reject the product right away.

Return Process

If the product delivered does not meet the quality standards, customers are required to:

  • Inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
  • Notify the delivery person about any concerns or issues with the product.
  • Initiate the return process on the spot by claiming a replacement or refund.

Refund Policy

We offer quick refunds in the following cases:

  • If the product is found to be spoiled or damaged upon delivery, a replacement will be arranged, or a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds for advance payments will be issued within 30 minutes of the claim being made.

Please note that refunds or replacements are only processed if the issue is reported at the time of delivery, and the product is checked in front of our delivery personnel. Claims made after the delivery personnel have left the premises will not be eligible for refunds or returns.
