Founding and Early Years

1996: M.M. Enterprise was founded in 1996 by Partha Pratim Debnath in the vibrant Fishery Ghat of Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. With just three employees, the company began as a fish supplier to the local market, laying the foundation for future growth and expansion.
1997: In 1997, M.M. Enterprise established its first office at Cox's Bazar Fishery Ghat on Airport Road. This key location provided valuable access to the bustling fishery hub, helping to strengthen the company's presence in the seafood industry.
1998: M.M. Enterprise expanded its services by launching a supply facility for hotels in 1998. This new avenue opened up exciting opportunities and helped diversify the company's customer base.
1999:To extend its reach within the local market, M.M. Enterprise acquired its first office in Kawran Bazar, Dhaka, in 1999. This marked a significant step in expanding operations and gaining a foothold in the capital city.
2000:Following the success of its initial Dhaka office, M.M. Enterprise acquired a second office in the busy Jatrabari area of Dhaka in 2000, further solidifying its local presence.
2003:The year 2003 marked a pivotal moment for M.M. Enterprise, as it successfully entered the international market by exporting seafood to South Korea. This milestone was particularly significant as it marked the first time Sea Crab from Bangladesh was exported internationally, showcasing both the company’s and the country’s capabilities on the global stage.

Expansion and Growth

2004-2007:
Between 2004 and 2007, M.M. Enterprise expanded its export operations to countries such as Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, UAE, Taiwan, and many
more. During these years, the company firmly established its footprint in the international seafood market, gaining recognition as a reliable supplier of quality seafood.
2008:
To support its growing export operations, M.M. Enterprise established its first production facility in Uttara, Dhaka. This milestone significantly increased the company’s production capacity and allowed for more efficient export management, contributing to further growth.
2009:
In 2009, M.M. Enterprise successfully exported its first container to China, which has since become the company’s largest market. Today, more than 10 companies in various cities across China regularly source seafood from M.M. Enterprise, strengthening the company’s global presence.
2010-2017:
During this period, M.M. Enterprise focused on enhancing its operational capacity by upgrading facilities, providing staff training, and improving product quality. The company also increased its workforce and expanded its buyer network both locally and internationally. Notably, M.M. Enterprise began supplying seafood to renowned five-star hotels in Bangladesh, including those owned by international hotel chains such as Radisson Hotels, JW Marriott, and Best Western Plus. Additionally, M.M. Enterprise became a member of several respected local and international organizations, solidifying its reputation as a key player in the seafood industry.

Continued Success and New Initiatives

2019:
In 2019, M.M. Enterprise acquired a state-of-the-art production unit in Cox & 39 s Bazar. This
modern facility boosted production capacity and allowed the company to uphold the highest quality standards, ensuring customers receive premium, fresh seafood.
2020:
In response to global challenges, M.M. Enterprise adopted cutting-edge freezing and
packaging technologies in 2020. This ensured the safety and freshness of seafood during shipping, maintaining a consistent supply chain and fostering trust with new international buyers.
2021:
The year 2021 marked a shift toward digital innovation. M.M. Enterprise implemented
advanced tracking systems that provided real-time shipment updates, enhancing
transparency and efficiency. This upgrade attracted new buyers seeking reliable and
precise supply chain solutions.
2022-2023:
Throughout 2022 and 2023, M.M. Enterprise focused on sustainability and quality improvements. By working closely with local fishermen to ensure responsible sourcing,
the company expanded its product offerings and built stronger relationships with both
local and international clients.
2024 & Beyond:
In 2024, M.M. Enterprise introduced a premium line of dry fish products to cater to local
market demand. Using the best salt and maintaining strict hygiene standards, this product launch further diversified the company’s offerings. M.M. Enterprise continues to enhance
its sustainability practices and invest in innovative solutions to ensure exceptional quality for customers worldwide.

Receive Capacity:
We have the capability to receive 30 tons of fish daily from our trusted suppliers, ensuring a steady andb vconsistent supply chain to meet high-demand orders, regardless of volume.
Production Capacity:
With our state-of-the-art facilities, including 2 blast freezers (10 tons) and 2 contact freezers (5 tons),
we can process and package 15 tons of fish products daily while maintaining peak freshness and quality. This allows us to handle large-scale orders efficiently.
Storage Capacity:
Our modern cold storage facilities can hold up to 500 tons of various seafood products at temperatures ranging from -20°C to -40°C, ensuring long-term preservation and consistent availability.
Shipment Capacity:
We can ship up to 35 tons of fish daily via road, sea, and air. Our extensive network ensures delivery to
all districts of Bangladesh and major international ports. We specialize in timely deliveries, offering
expedited shipments based on customer needs, including express shipping options for urgent orders.
Customization & Scalability:
We also offer customized packaging solutions to meet client-specific requirements, and our operations are designed for scalability to meet increased demand from large buyers or during peak seasons.

Our Quality Assurance

Blast Freezer:
We operate 2 state-of-the-art blast freezers across our production plants, with a combined capacity of 10 tons per day. These freezers maintain an optimal temperature of -40°C, ensuring rapid freezing that locks in freshness, texture, and nutritional value, preserving the integrity of our seafood products.
Contact Freezer:
Our facilities are equipped with 2 contact freezers, capable of processing 5 tons daily, also at a consistent temperature of -40°C. This advanced freezing method ensures even and fast freezing for products like fillets, shrimp, and squid, maintaining their premium quality from production to shipment.
Storing Capacity:
With a storage capacity of 500 tons, our cold storage units are designed to preserve product freshness over extended periods. We maintain a steady temperature of -20°C to ensure the highest quality of seafood, providing consistent supply and availability for our customers, even during high-demand
periods.
Shelf Life:
All of our seafood products come with a guaranteed shelf life of 2 years, provided they are stored under optimal conditions. This long shelf life is a testament to our commitment to quality, allowing buyers to confidently manage their stock without compromising on product freshness or safety.
Stringent Quality Control:
Our team of quality control experts rigorously inspects every batch of seafood at multiple stages— from sourcing and production to packaging and shipping. We adhere to international food safety standards to ensure that every product meets our stringent quality benchmarks.
Hygienic Processing Environment:
We prioritize a clean and hygienic environment across all our production plants. Our processing areas are regularly sanitized, and we follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols to ensure that our products remain free from contamination.
