Receive Capacity:
We have the capability to receive 30 tons of fish daily from our trusted suppliers, ensuring a steady andb vconsistent supply chain to meet high-demand orders, regardless of volume.
Production Capacity:
With our state-of-the-art facilities, including 2 blast freezers (10 tons) and 2 contact freezers (5 tons),
we can process and package 15 tons of fish products daily while maintaining peak freshness and quality. This allows us to handle large-scale orders efficiently.
Storage Capacity:
Our modern cold storage facilities can hold up to 500 tons of various seafood products at temperatures ranging from -20°C to -40°C, ensuring long-term preservation and consistent availability.
Shipment Capacity:
We can ship up to 35 tons of fish daily via road, sea, and air. Our extensive network ensures delivery to
all districts of Bangladesh and major international ports. We specialize in timely deliveries, offering
expedited shipments based on customer needs, including express shipping options for urgent orders.
Customization & Scalability:
We also offer customized packaging solutions to meet client-specific requirements, and our operations are designed for scalability to meet increased demand from large buyers or during peak seasons.
Blast Freezer:
We operate 2 state-of-the-art blast freezers across our production plants, with a combined capacity of 10 tons per day. These freezers maintain an optimal temperature of -40°C, ensuring rapid freezing that locks in freshness, texture, and nutritional value, preserving the integrity of our seafood products.
Contact Freezer:
Our facilities are equipped with 2 contact freezers, capable of processing 5 tons daily, also at a consistent temperature of -40°C. This advanced freezing method ensures even and fast freezing for products like fillets, shrimp, and squid, maintaining their premium quality from production to shipment.
Storing Capacity:
With a storage capacity of 500 tons, our cold storage units are designed to preserve product freshness over extended periods. We maintain a steady temperature of -20°C to ensure the highest quality of seafood, providing consistent supply and availability for our customers, even during high-demand
periods.
Shelf Life:
All of our seafood products come with a guaranteed shelf life of 2 years, provided they are stored under optimal conditions. This long shelf life is a testament to our commitment to quality, allowing buyers to confidently manage their stock without compromising on product freshness or safety.
Stringent Quality Control:
Our team of quality control experts rigorously inspects every batch of seafood at multiple stages— from sourcing and production to packaging and shipping. We adhere to international food safety standards to ensure that every product meets our stringent quality benchmarks.
Hygienic Processing Environment:
We prioritize a clean and hygienic environment across all our production plants. Our processing areas are regularly sanitized, and we follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols to ensure that our products remain free from contamination.
