Advance Return Policy

At M.M. Enterprise, we may request an advance payment from buyers to secure large-volume orders and begin the production and shipping process. We are committed to maintaining financial transparency and protecting the interests of our buyers. Below are the key details of our advance payment and return policy:

If an order is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances on our end (such as logistical issues, stock unavailability, or regulatory changes), M.M. Enterprise guarantees a 100% refund of the advance payment. We will initiate discussions with the buyer to resolve any concerns and ensure a smooth refund process.

Cancellation Timing
We encourage buyers to notify us of cancellations as early as possible.
Before production begins: No deductions will be made, and a full refund of the advancepayment will be processed.
After production has started but before shipment: A partial deduction will be made based on the production stage and expenses incurred.
After shipment: Refunds will be subject to additional deductions for shipping fees, handling, and potential return logistics, depending on the status of the shipment.
Shipment in Progress
If the order has already been shipped and the buyer decides to cancel the shipment or refusesdelivery, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return logistics. The advance payment will be refunded minus shipping and handling costs and any additional restocking fees based on the product condition upon return.
Custom Orders and Non-Refundable Items
For custom or specialized orders that involve specific packaging, labeling, or processing based on the buyers requirements, cancellations will be subject to higher deductions, as these products may be difficult to resell or repurpose. We will assess the situation and communicate the appropriate refund or deduction based on the custom nature of the order.
Refund Timeline
All refunds will be processed within 45 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or via other mutually agreed-upon means.
